FILTER, FILTER, FILTER.

The final design is a linear structure that has exterior and interior spaces. The design aims to create a range of microclimates by filtering and manipulating light. It also shows how the movement of people on the second level and in the interior space is able to affect the lighting environment and their experiences. Caustics are also utilized in the design: a water-filled container sits underneath the ceiling and vibrates as a person walks across the top, causing ripples that influence the light that passes through from above into the interior space
